Built in 5 minutes

  1. Add the “Flinkform Form” block to your contact page.

  2. Pick the “Contact” template in the start screen.

  3. Enter the recipient address for notifications in the sidebar.

  4. Publish the page. Spam protection is on by default.

Tip

Every submission is also stored under Flinkform → Submissions. If an email gets lost, the inquiry is still there.

Block markup to copy

In the block editor, open the three-dot menu at the top right, switch to the code editor, paste the markup, switch back to the visual editor and save. That's your form, with Flinkform 1.15.0 or later.
