Built in 5 minutes
Add the “Flinkform Form” block and start from the “Contact” template.
Add phone and a “Position” select field with your open roles.
Use “Add field” to insert the “File upload” field, set file types (PDF) and the size limit.
Set a retention period for submissions and publish the page.
Tip
With many fields, a second step helps: contact details first, documents second. That lowers the barrier to start at all.
What Pro adds
File upload is part of Flinkform Pro. Uploaded files are not publicly accessible, admins download them through a protected link, and deleting a submission deletes its files too.
